In February, we got out in the mountains for a date in the snow. We took our snowshoes and hiked up the East Portal Trail by the Moffat Tunnel. It was a warm, sunny day and we had such a nice time being out in the quiet woods together.
One afternoon, Sam was teething like crazy and it was cold and snowy and we were stuck inside. So, I gave him a balloon and his toothbrush and he had a fabulous time rolling around on the couch.
What a cutie!
Sam also really likes wearing my hats. He found this one and was so cute wearing it around the house.
Such a happy boy!
One chilly morning, we went to the dinosaur park with my friends Staci and Marisa and their kiddos.
Staci and Marisa and little Liesel who is just a couple weeks younger than Sam.
Sam has so much fun at this park. It's his favorite.
He saw an airplane and was pointing it out to me.
Hurray for a fun winter's day!

haha! I totally thought those were scissors in Sam's mouth, not a toothbrush. I was wondering how that helped with teething.
